Meridian

A headquarters website and wayfinding system for a shared workspace campus — one identity from the front door to the booking flow.

Overview

A building with three different names

Meridian runs a multi-floor workspace campus, but every floor had grown its own signage, its own booking page and its own nickname. Visitors got lost, members double-booked rooms, and the brand felt stitched together.

The fix was a single system: one name architecture, one signage language and one website where every room, plan and event lives. Digital and physical now speak with the same voice.

Approach

What the project entailed

  • Naming & signageA floor-and-room naming scheme with a matching physical sign family.
  • Campus websitePlans, rooms, events and membership in one Webflow build with live availability.
  • Booking flowA three-step reservation path that cut double-bookings to a rarity.
  • Member toolkitTemplates for event posters and announcements in the campus voice.

Outcome

One campus, one voice

Members now find rooms without asking reception, the events calendar fills itself, and the team updates everything in minutes. The identity scales with the building — new floors slot straight into the existing system.

The no-code build means we update everything ourselves in minutes. It has saved our team hours every single week.
